P I L A T E S
MAT PILATES- a 45-minute class that balances strength and flexibility across all muscle groups, with a focus on engaging the core in every movement. This class blends the Classical Pilates Method (“Contrology”) with creative variations, often incorporating props. Modifications are offered for beginners or those with physical limitations. Pilates mat provides a safe yet challenging way to strengthen your body while improving functional strength and agility for everyday movement.
PILATES SCULPT - a 45-minute dynamic, music-driven mat class that blends the core-strengthening foundations of Pilates with an energetic, feel-good vibe. Using bands, balls, light weights, and rings, each session stays fresh, engaging, and effective.
POP PILATES® - Music is the main character in this class! Full-body Pilates meets dance-inspired energy in a fun, approachable workout with modifications for every level.
POWER CORE - a 45-minute Pilates-based class that targets the entire powerhouse - core, back, and pelvic floor - to improve posture, build strength, and support everyday movement. Using props, this class enhances functional mobility, and overall body stability, while incorporating restorative stretching to promote flexibility and balance throughout the body.

PILATES MEETS THE BARRE / BARRE EXPRESS - Our signature barre method is practiced in a neutral pelvis and blends the intensity of traditional Lotte Berk barre with the precision of Pilates and the mind-body focus of yoga. Classes combine standing, weight-bearing exercises with Pilates-inspired movements to raise your heart rate, and strengthen your body. This method enhances posture, supports an active lifestyle, and cultivates a calm, centered mind. (Barre Express is 45min)

BUILD-UP -a 45-minute class focusing on developing upper body strength, while enhancing endurance, mobility, and flexibility.
The session starts with a warm-up targeting posture + alignment, followed by exercises for the back, shoulders, chest, and arms using body weight and light weights, Pilates rings and Bala Beams, combined with short low-impact cardio bursts to help increase endurance.
The class concludes with a stretching sequence to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and support recovery.

VINYASA FLOW - An alignment-based, music-driven vinyasa flow that blends mindful movement, breath, and creative sequencing. Each instructor brings their own style and expertise, offering modifications and variations to meet every level. You’ll move, stretch, and flow with intention, leaving feeling grounded, centered, and refreshed—mind, body, and spirit..
BUTI YOGA® - a high-energy, full-body workout blending dynamic yoga, primal movement, cardio-dance bursts, and deep core conditioning. And the music is the main character! The beat-driven flow pulls you out of your head and into your body, creating a fun, challenging, and fully approachable practice for all levels.
The word “Buti” is a Marathi term meaning “the cure to something hidden.”
YIN YOGA- a slow, meditative practice that releases deep tension in connective tissues, joints, and ligaments. Held postures calm the mind, balance yin and yang, and stimulate meridian lines to support immunity and emotional wellbeing. Gentle yet profound, it’s suitable for all levels.

This hybrid class blends timed Barre, Pilates, and Yoga intervals, then transitions into a guided vinyasa flow that emphasizes creative sequencing, alignment, breath, mindfulness, and deep stretching.
