Our philosophy of making boutique fitness accessible to everyone, involves giving back to our community. You'll notice at times "free" classes on the schedule at the studio and a variety of Raleigh locations. We'll collect both physical and monetary donations depending on the needs of each charity. We hope all our clients will participate and be inspired to learn more about giving opportunities in our community.

Conveniently located across the street from the JC Raulston Arboretum in the Fiber Complex on the Capitol City Lumber Company property. We are convenient to NCSU, Meredith College, Rex Hospital, NEOMONDE (our favorite!!) and Wade Avenue. Parking is available in our front or rear lots or on the street across from the studio. Please do not block the garage doors or park on the side of the road directly in front of the studio. The Wolf-line stops across the street at the Arboretum.

DIRECTIONS

From Meredith & NCSU: Go west on Hillsborough, Turn Left onto Beryl. We are on the right past the main entrance to Capitol City Lumber.

From I-440 Belt-line: It is easiest to take the Western Ave exit toward Cary. First right onto Blue Ride Rd. Right on Pylon. Right on Beryl. We are on the left.

We offer a variety of Barre, Pilates Mat, yoga, and BUTI Yoga classes for Livestream, Outdoors and In-Studio! After each livestream class, all sign ups will receive a private link after class to have access to that class for 24 hours. You will only receive a link if you are signed up for class!
